SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

 

3. International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally to select countries. International customers are responsible for any customs or import fees that may apply.

 

4. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order status on the carrier’s website.

 

5. Delays and Issues:
Please note that WAX ON CREATIONS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or by customs. If your package is delayed or lost, contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns:
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Non-personalized and non-custom items, as these are final sale.

 

2. Return Process:
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at waxoncreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

 

3. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

 

4. Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

5. Exchanges:
We offer exchanges on eligible items. Contact us to arrange an exchange and for instructions on returning your item.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards, personalized items, and any items marked as final sale are
non-returnable.
